Administrative Job share Part Time Opening: NVLC INC is seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a warm welcoming personality to work at a busy childbirth and breastfeeding center. Please review the information and questions below, and include responses with your resume.
Fluency in English required.
Job description includes, but is not limited to:
Office Co-coordinator- Answering phone in a timely manner, access calls to determine what type of assistance is needed, schedule appointments, greet new clients/customers upon arrival, typing/filing duties, maintaining a neat appearance of the center, and must be proficient in MS Word, Office and Excel.
General accounting - Must be proficient in (QuickBooks) accounts payable/receivable, creating purchase orders and receive vendor orders, keeping a detailed inventory products in center, possibly assisting in creating and distributing payroll.
Website/ Social Media coordinator- Maintain website with up to date information. Keep Social media sites current and up to date. Must also be able to engage interaction from all our friends/followers.
General office upkeep - Assist staff with day to day operations.
